What Are Your Staffed Hours

STAFFED HOURS:

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 7pm

Friday: 8am - 6pm

Saturday: 8am - 3pm

Sunday: not staffed off season

Staffed 9am-1pm April - September

How Can I Get A Punch Pass

Yes come in during staffed hours to get your access card which will give you 24/7 access to the gym. Punch passes also include all group fitness classes. Punch passes do not expire until all visits are used.

I Am On Vacation Can I Use The Gym For The Week

Yes come in during staffed hours to get your access card which will give you 24/7 access to the gym. Punch passes also include all group fitness classes. Our weekly rate is for 7 consecutive days and the fee is $50

How Old Do You Have To Be To Use The Gym

12 years old is the suggested age to use the weight training equipment. Those under 18 years of age must workout during staffed hours or be accompanied by an adult.

Can I use the spin room when there are no classes

Yes, you are welcome to use the spin cycle room during times that their are no classes scheduled. We also offer virtual classes that can be programed on our big screen in the cycle studio using the iPad on the wall. We offer Les Mills RPM and Les Mills Sprint

Can I use the group fitness studio room when there are no classes

Yes, you are welcome to use the group fitness studio room during times that their are no classes scheduled. We also offer a variety of Les Mills virtual classes that can be programed on our big screen in the studio using the iPad on the wall.

I’m looking for an In Body scan, can I use it if I am not a member

Yes, we welcome non-members to use our InBody Body Analysis scanner. You can book a visit on our MindBody App or call during staffed hours to schedule.

Do you offer trial passes for those new to the gym?

No we do not offer trial memberships, however you can purchase a day pass or punch pass to try the gym before joining.

Do you accept Silver Sneakers

No we do not have Silver Sneakers but we have great Senior rates for those 55+

Is tanning included in a membership

No tanning is extra but we have very affordable tanning packages

Can you check and see how many punches I have left on my punch pass

Do you offer military or first responder discounts

Sorry we do no offer military or first responder discounts but we do thank you for your service.
